Innerspace 453A RF Modem is a high speed radio link, used to send and receive digital data such as differential corrections or tide data. Typical range is 4-8 miles at 2 watts. A 35 watt plug in amplifier, 453D, is available to extend the range to 25 miles depending on the terrain and antenna height. The waterproof pole mountable unit has a built in battery to provide up to 8 hours of operation.
